There are various ways that students and families can receive assistance to fund their higher education goals. Please meet with your counselor to review the information below and get more information.

Types of Financial Assistance:
Grants: These are monies that are gifted to a student because they meet certain criteria. These monies do not have to be paid back.
Scholarships: These monies primarily come from private corporations and foundations. Students must apply and compete for these awards. These monies do not have to be paid back.
Loans: Student loans are funds that must be paid in back once a student graduates or stops attending school. Normally student loans offer very low APR’s and manageable payment plans for students. There are several types of student loans.
